Sarah Silverman Sarah Silverman is Senior Director of Strategy & Impact at B Lab U.S. & Canada, where she mobilizes businesses to create a more inclusive, equitable, and regenerative economy. Integrating B Lab’s Theory of Change, strategic roadmap, impact programs, and communications platform, Sarah helps advance B Lab’s standing as a prominent, credible actor in the movement for economic systems change. Partnering closely with B Lab Global and cross-functional partners, Sarah’s team works to ensure the health of the B Corp brand, support collective action campaigns, deepen community engagement, and develop partnerships. Before joining B Lab, Sarah worked at the intersection of food, climate, and social impact communications, leading marketing for CPG brands like Numi Organic Tea, Straus Family Creamery, and Redwood Hill Farm. She is passionate about using narrative and storytelling to motivate consumer and business action.
