Charlotte joined the board of Forum for the Future in 2019. She is a senior advisor to the United Nations Global Compact, and a partner in Hansen & Ersbøll Agenda.

Charlotte is a strategic advisor with more than 30 years’ experience in driving social impact through partnerships. She spearheads UN Global Compact’s Action Platform ’Health is Everyone’s Business’ and is partner and co-founder of Hansen & Ersbøll Agenda, specialised in agenda setting, partner mobilisation and activistic branding. She is co-founder and chairwoman of a citizen-led movement called ’iLoveGlobalGoals’ that seeks to empower young people in making the Global Goals everyday goals. Previously, Charlotte headed Novo Nordisk’s global Stakeholder Engagement work, where she a.o. led the development and execution of the company’s sustainability strategy, including its Changing Diabetes^® commitment and partnerships worldwide.
