Inspired by a strong belief that another future is possible, Jessica brings experience with both systems change theory and practice to her work as a facilitator and storyteller. She currently works to document and share the story of the Garfield Foundation’s grant-making, while also contributing to its learning, evaluation and capacity building practices.

Prior to joining the foundation, Jessica served as a programme facilitator at the Blekinge Institute of Technology, where she delivered graduate-level courses on leadership and sustainable development, and as a community manager at the RE-AMP Network, where she supported member organisations in accelerating the transition from fossil fuels to clean energy. She holds an MSc in Strategic Leadership toward Sustainability from the Blekinge Institute of Technology and a BA in Environmental Humanities from Whitman College. Jessica is based in Seattle, Washington.

“I find it incredibly rewarding both to support people through a deeply transformational learning experience, and to work alongside such a diverse and inspiring team of contributors. I’m thrilled to meet the next Basecamp cohort and to kick off the program! Basecamp is currently my greatest source of learning not just because of its cutting-edge curriculum and design, but because of the incredible mix of people it attracts.”
