Who we are Meet the team Rashi Gupta Senior Partnerships and Development Manager Background As a generalist, I have spent over 14 years working at the intersection of partnerships, fundraising, and programme engagement. My work has focused on building long-term relationships with businesses, foundations, philanthropies, and bilateral agencies to support a broad spectrum of areas across climate action, sustainable agriculture, water security, education, and gender equity. Early on I learned how purposeful collaboration can amplify impact. I began my career in the development sector with Plan India and later WWF-India. This interest deepened at The Climate Group, where I led partnerships in India for initiatives such as RE100, EP100 and EV100, mobilising funding and collaboration to accelerate corporate climate action and thought leadership. At S M Sehgal Foundation, I found deep satisfaction in a grassroots setting, working closely with communities to understand lived realities, listen directly to their priorities and learn what genuinely solves problems, alongside driving CSR partnerships. Across roles, I’ve enjoyed translating ideas into compelling partnership opportunities and building trusted relationships that move beyond project-based engagement. I joined Forum for the Future motivated by the role collaboration plays in enabling just and regenerative futures through systemic change. My dream project Rooted in my own small experiments with gardening and love for nature, I’m interested in working with young children to spark curiosity about basics of agriculture and growing food, and to explore how it connects people, nature and the planet, the building blocks of life. What floats my boat outside work? I’m happiest with a good book and a cup of coffee. I also enjoy strength training to stay energised and active to chase life alongside my curious toddler.
