Sophie works on transitions towards more sustainable and just societies. At DRIFT, Sophie works with a variety of actors, from citizens to governments to pioneering companies, to generate insights into systems and co-create avenues for transformative change, and to facilitate reflexive learning processes. Sophie has worked in a broad range of sectors, from mobility to food and agriculture, from fashion to resilient cities.

Sophie facilitates sessions in which participants learn about societal change from a transitions perspective, and how transformative governance and experimentation play a role in accelerating transitions.
