Background

I lead the UK/Europe team and share strategic and operational responsibility for the organisation as part of the Senior Leadership Team.

Over the last fifteen years, I have advised over 40 organisations including Unilever, Kingfisher and Nestle on how to deliver ambitious sustainability approaches. I love process design and facilitation, and use futures techniques and systems thinking to devise inspiring strategy processes for organisations like Wates Group, The CoOp and SIG.

One of my favourite projects was co-founding the Net Positive Project with BSR, SHINE, AT&T, Target and Dell. Together we devised thought leadership and practical tools to help companies deliver Net Positive strategies. I started my career working in housing policy and sustainable buildings in the Built Environment sector.

What floats your boat outside of work?

I love a good old West End show, and also have a real passion for classical music and play cello in my local orchestra. With two little kids, I don’t have time for much else!
